1. Book your First Session.
Let’s talk. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements. From there, I can answer your questions and schedule an appointment at your preferred location: your home or my studio.
2. Complete Your Health History Form (in advance).
Want to save some time? Print and complete your Health History Form prior to your first session. Or, wait until we meet and do it in person… I’ll have a blank copy of the form available.
3. Review the STOTT Pilates Five Basic Principles
Can’t wait to get started? Take a moment to review the Five Basic STOTT Pilates Principles that will guide each exercise in your program. The principles are included here so that they are always available to you. Each concept will be explained during your first session and continuously reinforced throughout your practice.
Lastly, please wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing. If training at the studio, bring non-slip socks and a water bottle. Visit the FAQ section for additional recommendations and answers to common questions.
